Adult Keeper for a Day

Think you've got what it takes to be a wild animal keeper?Join the team and be a Keeper for a Day - get close to some of the world's most rare and endangered animals as you assist their keepers in their daily activities - cleaning, feeding, health checks, preparing enclosures and enrichment toys to entertain the animals and generally getting your hands dirty!

You can choose to look after large carnivores, small carnivores, elephants, primates, gorillas, hoofstock or rhinos and giraffes!

This fascinating behind the scenes experience makes a great gift too!

£195 per person. Price includes: complimentary lunch and refreshments, certificate of competence, t shirt and complimentary park admission for one other person.

JUNIOR RANGER - VIP DAYS

Get up close and personal with the animals and keepers of TV’s ROAR! Go behind the scenes on a VIP safari, come face to face with creepy crawlies and meet the people whose job it is to care for the endangered animals at Port Lympne Wild Animal Park.

This once in a lifetime experience is ideal for special occasions for under 16's.

Includes: entry to Port Lympne, lunch and a full day of exciting animal activities. Children must be over 5 years of age and accompanied by a paying adult. £50 per adult & £75 per child. Itinerary is subject to change. Available on selected dates only.

Please note that this is a group experience and up to 8 individuals (including accompanying adults) may be booked onto a Junior Ranger VIP day at Howletts and up to 25 individuals at Port Lympne with your group.

Totallywild.net is the official website promoting the charitable work of The Aspinall Foundation in protecting endangered species. The Howletts and Port Lympne wild animal, safari and wildlife parks are the UK based sites for endangered animal conservation. Unlike ordinary zoos, these parks allow visitors to see conservation in action, providing kids, families and adults alike with a wide variety of ‘Totally Wild’ fun days out, packed with exciting activities for the whole family. Our landscaped gardens and mansion house can also be hired for weddings, events and other functions.

All revenues raised through ticket sales support our animal conservation work and breeding programmes, so please, do come and visit us for your day out in Kent and do your bit for conservation!
