Port Lympe Wild Animal Park in conjunction with Great Apes Film Initiative presents 'Titus - Gorilla King'
This is a film about Titus who was an incredibly successful silverback, originally from the group who were studied by Dian Fossey in the seventies and his uncle was the famous silverback Digit who was highlighted in the film 'Gorillas in the mist'.
Great Apes Film Initiative is an organisation set up with the aim to make wildlife television programmes about great apes freely available to audiences in their countries of origin. Their solution is to use the recently invented system of projecting films via a normal bicycle, as long as someone keeps pedalling, there is enough electricity generated to show the films!
Film starts at 2pm
Booking essential, please call 01303 264647.
A donation will be required. Normal park admission costs apply.
